New 15-Inch MacBook Pro with Retina Display: Unnamed sources in Apple‘s (NASDAQ:AAPL) supply chain say that the company is readying a new 15-inch MacBook Pro for release, 9to5Mac says. Rumors surrounding a new MacBook Pro have suggested that it would adopt design elements from the super-thin MacBook Air line. The sources did not have pricing or release date information. The new MacBook Pro features USB 3.0 technology, a ultra-high resolution Retina display and a very thin design, which does not contain an optical drive to save space, 9to5Mac says.

Photo-Sharing Service to Come to iCloud: Apple will announce the debut of a photo-sharing system for its iCloud service at its Worldwide Developer Conference (WWDC) next month, the Wall Street Journal reports. The new photo sharing system will replace the current PhotoStream, which does not allow photo sharing. Apple is also developing a video-sharing system for its iCloud service, the Journal noted.

Siri Tweaked to Give New Answer to Best Smartphone Ever Question: Apple has changed Siri’s response to inquiries for the “best smartphone ever,” Apple Insider says. Last week it emerged that the voice assistant was recommending the Nokia (NYSE:NOK) Lumia 900, which runs Microsoft’s (NASDAQ:MSFT) Windows, when users asked what was the “best smartphone ever.” The response resulted from the way searches are phrased in the Wolfram Alpha algorithms used by Siri. The voice assistant has now been updated to reply to the question with the witty rejoinder, “You’re kidding, right?” Apple Insider says.
